CHASSIS:
Made from ST-52 steel, the chassis is designed and manufactured with high strength using submerged arc welding technology.
KING-PIN:
A 2" king-pin is used according to DIN 74080 standard or a 3 ½" king-pin made of 42 CRMO4 steel according to DIN 74083 standard.
AXLE:
The axles have capacities of 9, 12, 14, and 16 tons. They feature air suspension, bogie spring suspension, and tandem suspension systems. Brake pads and heavy-duty brake levers comply with TSE standards.
SUSPENSION:
Hydraulic, parabolic double-layer Z-spring, bogie spring, and air suspension options.
TIRES:
Tire sizes used are 235/70 R 17.5, 245/70 R 17.5, 295/60 R 22.5, 12 R 22.5, and 315/80 R 22.5.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The electrical system complies with SAE standards and TÜV general regulations. The power is supplied from the vehicle via a 7-pin connector. Necessary traffic warning lights and lamps are provided on both sides. Rear parking, stop, signal, and license plate lights, as well as trailer reflectors and orange warning lights on the sides, are included.
BRAKE SYSTEM:
The brake system is in accordance with EC standards 71/320/EWG FF. It includes automatic brake ratchets, two emergency brake bellows, and four service brake bellows. The 2S/2M ABS system prevents air leaks in the trailer with the Swedish patented Ruffels fitting system.
RAMPS SYSTEM:
Fixed or movable ramp legs for front loading.
GOOSNECK :
A detachable gooseneck system is used.
FLOOR:
Sides: Diamond-patterned plate on the wheel wells and hardboard flooring.
PAINTING:
The chassis and superstructure are washed, sandblasted, and painted with 2+1 layers of acrylic paint in a paint oven. The color is selected according to the RAL code specified by the customer.
