ŞASE: Low-Bed şasisi 20 mm x 150 mm(ST 52 A kalite) alt ve üst lama, 10 mm ST 52 göbek saçından toz altı kaynak makinesi ile kaynak edilir "I" kesitli olarak 2 adettir. Şasi alttan şasiyi boydan boya geçen 160 NPI traverslerle desteklenmektedir. (Müşteri isteğine göre araç uzamalı yapılabilir)

DİNGİL: 9-12-14-16 ton kapasiteli dingil kullanılmaktadır. Hava süspansiyonlu, Yığma makaslı, Tandem süspansiyonlu. TSE normlarına uygun fren balataları ve Ağır hizmet tipi fren levyeleri vardır.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

CHASSIS:
The Low-Bed chassis is constructed with 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52 A quality) upper and lower beams, welded using a submerged arc welding machine with 10 mm ST 52 steel for the central web. The chassis has an "I" profile and consists of two parts. The chassis is reinforced with 160 NPI cross members running the full length of the chassis. (The vehicle can be extended upon customer request.)

AXLE:
Axles with capacities of 9, 12, 14, and 16 tons are used. The suspension is air-sprung, with bogie springs and tandem suspension. The brake pads and heavy-duty brake levers comply with TSE standards.

FRONT AXLE LIFTING:
The trailer has a controlled front and rear axle lifting system, operated from the cabin.

SUSPENSION:
Parabolic double-layer Z-springs, bogie springs, or air suspension systems are available.

TIRES:
Tires in the following sizes are used:
235/70 R 17.5, 245/70 R 17.5, 295/60 R 22.5, 12 R 22.5, and 315/80 R 22.5.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The electrical system complies with SAE standards and TÜV general regulations. The power is supplied from the vehicle via a 7-pin connector. Necessary traffic warning lights and lamps are present on both sides. Rear parking, stop, signal, license plate lights, trailer reflectors, and orange warning lights on the sides are included.

BRAKE SYSTEM:
Designed according to European standards, the brake system uses WABCO and KNOR BREMSE products. It includes automatic brake ratchets, brake valves, brake bellows (30-cylinder), brake pads (394x210 mm), and axle brakes equipped with the EBS system. The trailer is equipped with two replaceable and housed brake sockets at the front.

KING-PIN:
A 2" king-pin is used according to DIN 74080 standard or a 3 ½" king-pin made of 42 CRMO4 steel according to DIN 74083 standard.

SUPPORT LEGS:
Front: 50-ton mechanical trailer support legs.
Rear: Manually operated support legs.

REAR RAMP:
Made from 8 mm ST-52 quality steel, the rear ramp is equipped with air-hydraulic piston support legs.

FLOOR:
Sides: Diamond-patterned plate on wheel wells and hardboard flooring.

PAINTING:
The chassis and superstructure are washed, sandblasted, and painted with 2+1 layers of acrylic paint in a paint oven. The color is selected according to the customer's preferred RAL color code.
