HARDOX-450 SEMI PIPE TIPPER SEMI TRAILER
1- Dumper Body & Chassis Structure : Volume from 18m3 to 32 m3, Dumper Body from HARDOX 450 HBW wear and abrasion resistant plate (Hardox or equivalent) or ST-52 quality steel. Re-enforced “I” section chassis are welded with automated submerged robotic welding machine by using MC700 (Strenx, Domex or equivalent) or ST-52 A1 quality steels.
2- Hydraulic System : 5 Stages or more hydraulic telescopic cyclinder (Hyva, Hidromas or equivalent.) or heavy duty type hydraulic telescopic cyclinder.
3- Axle and Suspension System : 2/3/4 Pieces x 9/12/14/16 tons capacity single/double tire drum/disc type axles with air, mechanical suspension or bogie (tandem) axle system. Optional axle lifting system is available. Automatic air-bellow unloading system. Parabolic Double Deck Z Springs / Multi Leaf Springs / Bogie-tandem type springs options. (SAF - BPW - SERTEL AXLE Options with DRUM/DISC Brakes)
4- Brake System : Brake system approved according to EU directives. ABS/EBS/Standard brake kits and equipments are appliled (Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex).
5- King Pin and Landing Gears : 2"/3.5" removable King Pin with bolts. Mechanical, double speed, each 24 tons capacity landing gears. (JOST BRAND)
6- Tire &Rims : 385/65 R22,5 & 315/80 R22,5 size tire & rims or other sizes
7- Electrical System : 24 Volt Electrical System with 7 pcs. pin connectors and lighting system in accordance with EU and TUV directives. (ASPOCK or SA-BA)
8- Painting and Colour : Chassis and body are washed & sanded then 2+1 coat of Acrylic Paint with chosen RAL codes are applied
9- Standard Accessories : Plastic/Metal mud-quards (DOMAR or Equivalent), plastic or stainless steel water tank, plastic or steel store box, spare-wheel carrier, side protectors, plastic wheel chock and holder, fire cabinet without tube, warning plates , Tipper Audio Warning Kit, side & rear mats with OZMEN logo and a ladder in front of the semitrailer.
