Had the chance to test the XF 106 after hearing a few colleagues mention it. I liked the visibility from the driver seat; it's crucial given the size of this vehicle. The fuel efficiency seems decent for its class, although I feel it could slightly improve during uphill drives.

I've driven the DAF XF 105 for a few months now. The engine performance is robust, especially on long hauls. However, the electronics sometimes act up without warning, which can be frustrating. The cabin is spacious and relatively comfortable for overnight trips. Handling is smooth, but maintenance costs are moderate, so keep that in mind.

Been running the new DAF XF for a bit now in Ukraine (hauling grain and containers mostly). First thing, fuel econ is better than my old XF, I’m seeing a real cut in diesel spend. I guess the aerodynamics works, you can hear a bit less noise in the cab too. Cab view is way better, bigger windows really come in handy when squeezing into tight spots or driving in bad weather. All the LED lights are good at night but honestly, the digital dashboard is a bit too much sometimes. Takes time to figure out. Ride comfort is solid. Can't complain. Haven’t had to do any serious repairs yet, but basic maintenance looks pretty normal so far. Only thing, parts are not always in stock, need to wait sometimes. Not a huge deal but something to think about.

Recently had the chance to check out the XG+. The redesigned interior is a game-changer for comfortable long trips. The upgraded suspension ensures a smooth drive, even on rough roads. However, advanced camera features may not appeal to everyone. Excellent storage options make organizing easy.

Just got behind the wheel of the DAF XF 105, and I have a few thoughts. The cabin, first off, is well-designed and spacious; it feels more like a small studio than a truck. Controls are intuitively placed, making everyday tasks seamless. The ride itself impressed me: stable, though I'd say there's slight room for smoother cornering at higher speeds. Overall, a commendable truck for its category.

Owned and operated a DAF XF 105 for extensive hauls. Found the seating comfort to be exceptional, even over prolonged use. One drawback was the limited adjustability in the seat suspension firmness, which isn't ideal for everyone.

Tried the DAF XF 105 recently. One notable feature is its ergonomic design, making long drives less tiring. The onboard computer provides useful real-time data, which I found handy. While it performs well on standard roads, challenging terrains bring a few limitations. Nevertheless, it's a solid choice for regular hauls.

Since the purchase of the DAF XF105.410, 9 years have passed. The machine is good, but after covering 500,000 km, there was a significant oil consumption. The problem turned out to be with the old model pistons. We replaced the parts with new ones. It has been 5 years since then. The oil consumption rates remain normal. Currently, the mileage exceeds 2 million. The machine works like new. However, it is not easy to drive on ice due to the automatic gearbox.

We purchased the CF75.360 DAF truck for our fleet. When loaded with 15 tons, the fuel consumption was 27 liters. After 3 years, during the winter, the antifreeze started foaming and the expansion tank swelled. As a result, we had to replace gaskets, inserts, and rings at the service center. However, a small amount of foam still remained. The fuel consumption increased to 32 liters with the same 15-ton load. As for the chassis, we have no complaints about it. Sometimes, in freezing weather, condensation leaks from the compartment. A colleague has the same truck and faces the same issue.

I have been driving the DAF XF 95.430 for several years. For a 2002 model, it performs well. The suspension, engine, and traction are all in order. The cabin is comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home on long hauls. The only downside is that a year ago I had to repair the automatic transmission. We paid a significant amount, but there have been no problems with the gearbox since then.
